European Citizenship Training Courses (EC TCs)

“European Citizenship is a feeling, a commitment: it is the start of a long process for you to change reality in your own country” (a former participant in the EC TCs).

Since 2007, the Partnership is implementing a very attractive series of Training Courses on European Citizenship, in co-operation with the SALTO TC RC and the National Agencies of the Youth in Action Programme.

A new curriculum, which is the same for all training courses, was developed by the Partnership. It is supporting the National Agencies network and the trainers in the implementation of the courses.

The seven European Citizenship Training Courses 2007/2008, which were attended by more than 150 European youth workers and youth leaders, were very successful.

A new series of six European Citizenship Training Courses 2008/2009 (including one EC TC organised in French language) will be implemented from September 2008 to May 2009.

More information on this new series of Training Courses, as well as the call for participants, will be available soon on this website. A separate call for participants (in French) will be launched for the Training Course which will be organised in French language.
