The contractor shall carry out a study on the access of young people to culture, whose purpose is to make access easier. The contractor must refer to best practices already existing in the Member States, to the study carried out by DG EAC in 2004–2005 entitled 'Analysis of the programmes and initiatives linking culture with education, training and youth in Member States, candidate countries and EEA countries', to the Eurobarometer survey on cultural values in Europe, carried out by the DG EAC in September 2007, supplementing it with any other relevant information to give an overview of the situation and propose the analyses described in this point.
