By using the webSites of the Youth Partnerships between the Council of Europe and the European
Commission, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these
terms and conditions, you may not access or use a variety of Services.
1. REGISTRATION
---------------
Certain of the Services will require the user to register and provide certain data.
In consideration of use of such Services, in registering and providing such data, you represent
and warrant that:
(a) the information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete as required by
various registration forms
(b) you will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate,
current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current
or incomplete, or the Youth Partnerships has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information
is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Youth Partnerships
has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use
of the Services.
The Youth Partnerships registrations become the exclusive property of the Youth Partnerships
between the Council of Europe and the European Commission, its affiliates and subsidiaries.
The Youth Partnerships reserves the right to use and reuse all registration and other personally
identifiable user information subject to the Youth Partnerships Privacy Policy.
Due to the nature of the Internet, the information or data provided by you may be transferred
outside the country.
2. PRIVACY POLICY

The Youth Partnerships is committed to respecting your privacy. We recognize your need to control
personal information you share with us. You can edit, update, alter or obscure your personally
identifiable information at any time.
Any personally identifiable information you share with the Youth Partnerships is maintained and
accessible only by the Youth Partnerships unless specifically stated otherwise. The Youth Partnerships
requests information from its users so that users can enjoy customized experiences across the Youth
Partnerships Network, including personalization services, discussion groups, and much more.
These Services are free to you. You may provide the Youth Partnerships with your name, postal address,
email address, birth date, gender, zip code and other requested information. While not all of this
information may be required, the more information you volunteer (and the more accurate it is),
the better we are able to understand your needs, provide you with better service and prepare future
content based on your interests..
The Youth Partnerships will use this information for:
" Personal Acknowledgements;
" Personalized Messages;
" Pre-filled Forms;
" Sending targeted e-mails to alert you to activities, new documents, product upgrades, updated information
and other new services. If you are not interested in email alerts, you will have the opportunity to decline
this service.
" Facilitating other users to contact the youth experts (Expert Database)
By requesting to have your profile listed in the Expert database, you autorise the Youth Partnerships
to disclose information or data provided by you in the registration form such as First Name, Last Name,
Address, Town/City, Zip/Postal code, Country of residence, Phone numbers, Email, Areas of expertise to other users.
The Youth Partnerships will not hold such information or data for any longer than is necessary for the
above purposes.
The Youth Partnerships will not sell your personally identifiable information to others.
3.YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

Submitters are solely responsible for their own submissions. They may not authorize others to use
their account.
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all details (personal or otherwise) provided by
you about yourself to us.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to personal details or circumstances at the earliest
opportunity. You are solely responsible for the content or information you transmit to other of our users.
You will not post on our Services, or transmit to others of our members or employees, any defamatory,
inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive,
or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not
limited to, proprietary rights, and rights of privacy).
You will use our Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually
suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.
You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services
through the Services. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other of our members.
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual
property right without first obtaining permission of the copyright owner or rightholder.
You accept responsibility for any content or material that you upload to or transmit through a Community Facility.
You acknowledge that all Community Facilities are public and not private communications.
4.USER CONDUCT

Upon registering, you will have a password and a user ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of the password and ID, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or ID. You
agree to (a) immediately notify the Youth Partnerships of any unauthorized use of your password or account or
any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
The Youth Partnerships cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply
with this requirement.
You acknowledge and agree that all information, code, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, pictures,
graphics, video, chat, messages, files, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately
transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you,
and not the Youth Partnerships, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise
transmit via the Services.
The Youth Partnerships does not control the user or third party Content posted via the Services, and, as such,
does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such user or third party Content. You acknowledge and
Agree that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
The Youth Partnerships reserves the right to monitor some, all, or no areas of the Services.
You acknowledge and agree that the Youth Partnerships shall have the right (but not the obligation), in their
sole discretion, to refuse to publish, remove, or block access to any Content that is available via the Services
at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, with or without notice.
The Youth Partnerships also may suspend or terminate any user account for any Service because of user inactivity.
5.OUR RESPONSABILITIES

We reserve the right to reject an application on any basis and without providing a reason.
We reserve the right for any reason to remove without notice any contents of the Community Facilities received
from users, including without limitation bulletin board postings, and to deny in our sole discretion any user
access to these Sites or any portion thereof without notice.
We reserve the right to monitor the bulletin boards service and other 'Community facilities' to ensure compliance
with these terms and conditions and for ongoing development of the Sites. Private discussion will not be monitored
unless ordered to do so under the prevailing law.
We reserve the right to modify the Services without giving any prior notice.
6.LIABILITY

" We accept no liability for any of your behaviour or comments or any third parties in the bulletin boards.
" Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content, including, but not limited to, for any
errors or omissions in any such Content, made available through our Services are those of their respective authors
and not ours, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service and neither adopt
nor endorse nor are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice,or statement made.
Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information
or other content posted on our service, or transmitted to our members.
.IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: Although the Youth Partnership will take all measures necessary to prevent any illegal
use of personal data, it is possible that other of our users (including unauthorised users, or 'hackers') may post
or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the Sites and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive
and obscene materials. We are not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to
disclose on, or as a result of using, our Services. Please carefully select the type of information that you post
on the Sites or release to other users.
7.RIGHTS GRANTED / RIGHTS RESERVED

The content of the Sites is for your personal use only and you may download the Content onto only one computer hard
drive. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, distribute, transmit,
reproduce, publish commercially exploit or create derivative works from the Content.
8.AVAILABILITY

You acknowledge that it is technically impossible to provide the Sites free of faults and that we do not undertake
to do so; that faults may lead to the temporary unavailability of the Sites; and that the operation of the Sites
may be adversely affected by conditions and performances outside our control, including, without limitation,
transmission and telecommunications links between us and you and between us and other systems
and networks. We and/or our suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the Sites at any time.
9.LINKS

These Sites may contain hyperlinks to other web sites. The products and services offered by us are sometimes
through third party. By using any of these third party, you are agreeing to be bound by, and comply with, their
terms and conditions or terms of service. These third party companies are not a part of the Youth Partnerships
and under no circumstances shall we
be liable for any losses or damages caused by a third party.
Such limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other products or services received
through by a recommended third party.
If you accept any products or services offered by a third party, then all communication must be between the you
and the third party. We will not be responsible or liable for any communication or misrepresentation of the third party.
