The network was coordinated by the office of the Servicestelle Jugendbeteiligung. Several times each year youth parliaments, forums and councils from five cities in East Germany met and exchanged experience, got further education for youth work and established contacts. The project ran from 1 January 2004 until 31 December 2005. 4 big meetings were planned, the programme included further education seminars and working meetings of the city teams. The local teams mainly provided advice for young people.
