I have Research and teaching experience (Higher education, undergraduate and post-graduate level) in the areas of Democratic and European citizenship education ; Intercultural and Human Rights education. I have a strong interest in youth participation, political socialisation and alternative education.

I am currently holding a lecturing post in Citizenship Education at the School of Education, University of Leicester.
